  3. We’ll finalise the offer, including the adds on if needed, according to the project;
  4. You’re all set! We will start design and produce your mould’s inserts;
  5. You have now a year to use up all the volume of production and shipment orders included in your package and enjoy the discounted prices for extra design and starting new projects together!

FAQ

The payment starts once the offer is accepted and the design and production processes are starting.

You should select the package according on your yearly production needs foreseen for the year. For example, you could consider the amount of inserts: if one mould has two inserts, and each insert is 400 cm3, the need is of 800 cm3. In this case the Explorer package (1200 cm3) would be the most suitable.

In the previous example (see question above), you’d be left with 400 cm3 and one year to use it for further production. you can choose to start a new project or used it to order again projects already developed.

Yes, the QTool insert can be modified or subjected to welding, polishing and other processes like a traditional insert. 

QTool inserts are created to have a lifespan equal to that of the entire mould and to guarantee high production runs. Thanks to the quality of the powder used, the mechanical characteristics, resistance and workability of the insert, are almost identical to what you can find in forged steel.
